Drill Pipe

 

DPU supplies drill pipe from manufacturing facilities in China, Japan and the USA with annual prouction volumes of 150,000 pieces in total.  Primary facilities are tool joint production line, drill pipe body/ends upsetters, total length pipe body heating treatment, friction welders, as well as physical and chemical test labs.  The green pipes and raw bar for tools joints are all purchased from industry well-known steel mills in Japan.  Friction welder, pipe end upsetter and gas furnance were all purchased from Japnese factories with outsanding industry achievements.
